Kate Austen is an writer, actor and mother from Essex. She has been working in the industry for over ten years and has been fortunate enough to have worked in theatre, film, and TV. Her first play was commissioned by the Minack Theatre in Cornwall. She is currently on the 2023/24 Mercury Theatre Playwright cohort.
