My creative process centres on bringing people together through conversation, movement and shared experience. Inspired by the natural world, the cycles and seasons of the earth and the wisdom of the body, I create spaces, circles, seasonal gatherings and experiences that invite connection, authenticity, reflection and belonging. I enjoy weaving together movement, yoga, writing and storytelling to create spaces where people may connect more deeply to themselves, each other and the natural world.
