I’m an independent consultant working supporting and empowering artists and arts organisations to understand their why and enable them to grow. I’m also CEO of Chelmsford Cultural Development Trust (Culture Chelmsford) and a strategic advisor to Southampton Culture Trust and Brentwood Borough Council. I work in Chelmsford regularly and in my spare time enjoy being creative and hosting a weekly arts and culture magazine show on the community radio station Phoenix FM.
