I'm a multidisciplinary artist with a particular interest in using old and new technology together to make images that wouldn't be possible otherwise.

 

I work with cyanotype, old typewriters, plotters, jigsaws, and off-cut maps, alongside video tools like Zoom and Shutter, and single-board computers like Raspberry Pi. Much of my work is based on my own algorithms.

 

When not making art, I'm a writer, and have spent 25 years as a journalist and editor across a range of consumer publications. I've also written several novels and non-fiction books.
