Rebecca Lynch is the Creative Industries Curriculum Manager at USP College, leading a diverse portfolio of subjects including Art & Design, Fine Art, Photography, Graphics, Illustration, Games Development, 3D Design and Architecture, Virtual Production, Media Studies and Film & Lens, Broadcasting. Based in Chelmsford, Rebecca is actively expanding her extended creative practice and strengthening regional partnerships across the creative sector.
Since beginning her career in 2007, Rebecca has held multiple leadership roles in performance and creative education, including Drama and Performing Arts Teacher, Head of Performing Arts, Quality of Education Coordinator, and now Curriculum leader overseeing the full Creative Industries provision. Her work champions innovative learning, industry collaboration, and the development of creative pathways for young people.
Rebecca’s professional network includes strong ongoing connections with Young Performers UK, enabling her to support student opportunities and performances at major venues such as the O2 Arena, His Majesty’s Theatre, and the Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s West End.
Alongside her educational leadership, Rebecca is an accomplished Events Singer who has performed at the renowned Shaftesbury Theatre. She is also a Poet and Intuitive Creative Contributor, working under the name @Intuitive_byRebecca. Her creative practice includes designing oracle cards, intuitive prints, and is looking to develop women’s creative workshops that blend expression, intuition, and empowerment.
Passionate about creativity, collaboration, and community, Rebecca continues to build bridges between education and the wider creative industries while expanding her own artistic work within Chelmsford and beyond.
